Shipping & Delivery

Siempre ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 working days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Siempre by Sneha Moorjani is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Siempre continuously tries to nought such instances. Siempre reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

Return & Refund Policy

At Siempre, we take great care to ensure that your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

To proceed with your request:

• Unboxing Video Required
  A clear video of the unboxing must be provided, showing the product in its original packaging. This is necessary for us to process your claim.

• Notify Us Promptly
  Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include the unboxing video.

• Replacement or Refund
  If the item is confirmed damaged in the video, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once an order has been placed and payment has been made, it cannot be canceled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, cancellations are not possible.
